Duke Realty Secures 207K-SF Industrial Lease in Nashville

Duke Realty has signed an industrial lease with tenant Optoro Inc. at Park 840 West 14840 in Nashville. The returns technology company now occupies 207,518 square feet at the 653,460-square-foot logistics building in Lebanon.

With the lease, Park 840 West 14840 is now 100 percent occupied. Optoro plans to use the location as its flagship returns processing and research and development facility for returns management software solutions. The industrial property features 32-foot clear heights, as well as a generous amount of dock and drive-in doors and plentiful trailer and automobile parking.

Bo Fulk of JLL represented Optoro in the lease transaction. Lonnie Russell of Cushman & Wakefield served as listing agent for the property.
