Duke Realty Secures 161K-SF Industrial Lease in South Florida

Duke Realty has secured a 160,793-square-foot industrial lease in a new logistics facility in Medley. The property is one of two logistics facilities planned on the 35-acre site, which will be known as Miami 27 Business Park.

The business park is being built on the site of a former lumberyard. Duke Realty has completed demolition and the site is pad ready. The 221,984-square-foot facility will be known as Miami 27 Business Park 10310. The precast concrete, rear-load building will have 36-foot clear heights, 26 dock doors and two drive-in doors.

David Behar of Behar Real Estate Group represented the tenant, a distributor of technology products, in the lease transaction. Duke Realty was represented by Steven Wasserman and Erin Byers of Colliers International South Florida.
