Duke Realty Secures 154K-SF Lease in Raleigh

Duke Realty Corp. has secured a 153,990-square-foot industrial lease with tenant Circle Graphics Inc. in the Raleigh suburb of Morrisville.

Located at 501 Innovation Ave., the warehouse property features convenient highway access off I-40 and I-540, as well as close proximity to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Circle Graphics is a large-format digital graphics producer, and will occupy the full building on a long-term lease.

“We are very pleased to welcome Circle Graphics to Woodlake 501, one of our seven, high-quality industrial buildings in Woodlake Center,” said Battista Orcino, vice president of leasing and at Duke Realty in Raleigh. “With their lease, we were able to immediately backfill an upcoming lease expiration with a high quality tenant and maintain 100 percent occupancy in this well-located distribution park.”
