Duke Realty Secures 112K-SF Industrial Lease Near Tampa

Logistics property REIT Duke Realty has secured a full-building lease for its third and final building in Tampa Regional Industrial Park (TRIP), a 892,300-square-foot logistics development located in Gibsonton, FL.

The 112,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility, located at 13010 Bay Industrial Drive and known as TRIP 13010, is slated for completion early next year and will be fully occupied by an e-commerce company. All three buildings in Tampa Regional Industrial Park are 100 percent leased.

John Dunphy of JLL represented the undisclosed tenant in the lease transaction, while Trey Carswell of Cushman and Wakefield represented Duke Realty in the transaction.

“Tampa Regional Industrial Park has proven to be an ideal location for companies looking for quick and easy access to the Tampa metropolitan area and beyond due to its quick and easy proximity to two major Central Florida interstates,” said Tim Perry, vice president of leasing and development at Duke Realty. “Our newest tenant also will benefit from new, state-of-the-art warehouse/distribution space which will help facilitate operational efficiencies.”
