Duke Realty Completes Lease-Up of NJ Industrial Portfolio

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, a furniture delivery and fulfillment service, has leased all 220,200 square feet of Duke Realty’s ePort 960 in Perth Amboy, NJ.

The property is part of a 3.1-million-square-foot portfolio the REIT acquired last year along the I-95 corridor. The lease brings Duke’s New Jersey in-service portfolio to 100% occupancy.

“Demand for warehouse space in New Jersey continues to be strong, particularly for modern properties in close proximity to the New York metropolitan area,” said Ben Rosen, VP of leasing and development. “ePort 960, as well as our other buildings along the I-95 corridor, are among the newest and most functional buildings in the market and perfectly suited for last-mile fulfilment operations.”

Joseph Nitti with Commercial Real Estate Partners LLC represented Metropolitan in the lease. Duke was represented by in-house by Rosen and Caitlin English and a CBRE team of Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato and Larry Schiffenhaus.
