Duke Plans Another Facility in High Demand Lehigh Valley Distribution Hub
Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corporation is set to begin construction on 33 Logistics Park 1611, a speculative 628,475-square-foot bulk warehouse in Lehigh Valley, PA. The facility is adjacent to Duke Realty’s recently completed and fully leased 1.1 million-square-foot warehouse in 33 Logistics Park.
Construction on 33 Logistics Park 1611 is slated to begin in September, with delivery scheduled for June of next year. In addition to 36-foot clear height, the building will feature 64 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and parking for 110 trailers and 350 automobiles.
Duke’s Jeff Palmquist says the development phase was initiated because “we wanted to be sure that we are well-positioned to offer move-in ready, first-class space to companies who can’t wait for a build-to-suit facility.”
CBRE’s Bill Wolf and Sean Bleiler are handling leasing for the facility.
