Duke Plans 617K-SF BTS Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Ohio

Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corporation executed a long-term lease agreement for a 617,760-square-foot, build-to-suit, omni-channel distribution facility with Design Within Reach, a furniture and home accessories company. The 46.83-acre site is within the South Afton Industrial Park in Williamsburg Township, OH.

Duke’s Dan Colletto says, “Design Within Reach is a valued, long-time tenant of Duke Realty, with operations currently in two of our buildings in Northern Kentucky.” He notes, “the custom-designed, state-of-the-art facility will serve as their only omni-channel fulfillment center in the country.”

Located just off Half Acre Road at State Route 32, near interstates 75, 71, 275 and 77, the new cross-dock facility will incorporate 36-foot clear heights, with the capability to support up to 443 automobile parking spaces and 138 trailer storage stalls. It will be expandable by 112,320 square feet, and is expected to deliver in early 2019.

NKF’s Si Pitstick, Josh Young, Geoffrey Kasselman and James Rittman represented the tenant.
