Duke Names Mark Hosfeld Seattle Market Leader

Duke Realty named Mark Hosfeld VP and Market Leader for the company’s Seattle operations. He will be responsible for leasing Duke’s existing Seattle metro logistics properties, as well as identifying new development and construction opportunities. Hosfeld will also pursue and evaluate investments, focusing on land, building acquisitions and build-to-suit and multi-tenant development opportunities.

A 22-year associate of Duke Realty, Hosfeld has been instrumental in growing the company’s presence in Indianapolis, where he has been directly responsible for the development of more than 30 million square feet of logistics space.

Duke’s Steve Schnur says, “Mark has been one of our most successful leasing and development associates, working closely with many of today’s leading businesses to find the best logistics space for their operation, whether it’s a build-to-suit or occupying space in one of our existing assets. He also has been creative in finding and securing the best land positions and working with local officials on zoning and incentives.”

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
