Duke Leases Up Interstate 95 Center of Commerce in Ft. Lauderdale
Duke Realty signed two new leases, bringing its two-building, 306,465-square-foot Interstate 95 Center of Commerce portfolio in Ft. Lauderdale to 100% occupancy. Lanter Delivery Systems, a parts distributor, will occupy 38,830 square feet at 2200 W. Sunrise Blvd., while Mygrant Glass Company, an auto glass wholesaler, has leased the remaining 30,214 square feet in the building.
Duke Realty’s Ed Mitchell says, “In addition to the advantages new, modern warehouse space will bring to their operations, both of these companies will benefit from having access to I-95 just one traffic light from the building.”
Duke Realty acquired Interstate 95 Center of Commerce in September 2017. Floor & Décor and Broward Motor Sports occupy the entire Interstate 95 2100, though there was 166,370 square feet available in Interstate 95 2200. U.S. Venture is a tenant in the building just leased by Lanter Delivery and Mygrant Glass.
