Duke Inks Full-Building Lease in Exit 8A Submarket

Duke Realty has signed a long-term, full-building lease with RAB Lighting at 10 Broadway Rd. in Cranbury, NJ. The newly-developed, 264,085-square-foot warehouse in the Exit 8A submarket came into Duke’s portfolio as part of a 3.1-million-square-foot deal that closed last month.

A manufacturer of LED lighting and controls, RAB will relocate and expand its Northeast distribution center operations to the Cranberry, NJ site. “This building provides RAB with excellent access to I-95, and includes the state-of-the-art features we need for efficient storage and fast distribution to our customers in the Northeast,” said RAB CEO Ross Barna.

Chuck Fern with Cushman & Wakefield, one of Connect Media’s Top Brokers who will be recognized at Connect New York on Tuesday, represented both tenant and landlord. Duke’s Ben Rosen and Caitlin English provided in-house representation. Duke has already begun developing a 661,000-square-foot warehouse on one of the two land parcels included in the portfolio sale.
