Duke Inks Deal with Automotive, Chemical Company in IL
Duke Realty Corporation signed a lease with Old World Industries to occupy all of Crossroads Parkway 605, a 354,400-square-foot building in Bolingbrook, IL. The automotive and chemical company, best known for its PEAK brand of motor oil, antifreeze and other automotive products, will take occupancy of the building located at 605 W. Crossroads Pkwy.
The building is one of 14 Duke Realty-owned buildings totaling 4.3 million square feet in the I-55 submarket.
Duke Realty’s Susan Bergdoll says, “Our I-55 properties, including Crossroads Parkway 605, are well-suited for Old World Industries and other companies that need convenient connections to I-55 and the Chicago metro area.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Britt Casey represented the tenant, while NAI Hiffman’s Jeff Fischer and John Whitehead with advised the landlord.
