Duke Begins Construction on Spec Industrial Development in Ohio

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Duke Realty Corporation commenced construction on Fairfield Logistics Center 7940, a 284,865-square-foot bulk warehouse in Fairfield, OH, just north of Cincinnati. The building, which is being developed on a speculative basis, is slated for delivery in Q4 2018.

Duke Realty’s Dan Colletto says, “Fairfield Logistics Center 7940 offers users a rare opportunity to lease first-generation, modern warehouse space with excellent highway access in this high-demand market.”

The project is located at 7940 Seward Rd., near Tylersville Road and just north of several Duke Realty industrial properties in the Cincinnati metro area. Fairfield Logistics Center 7940 will be accessible via multiple routes, and is within five miles of both I-75 and I-275.

The building, which is being built on a recently-acquired 22.8-acre parcel, will feature 32-foot clear heights, 53 dock doors, two drive-in doors and LED lighting. Colliers’ John Gartner III is the listing broker for the building.
