Duke Acquires Two So. Fla Facilities for $80M
Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. acquired two industrial facilities totaling nearly 677,000 square feet within Bridge Point Crossroads in Hialeah Gardens, FL. The properties were sold by an affiliate of Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners for nearly $80 million.
The properties include Bridge Point Crossroads South, a 255,846-square-foot distribution warehouse located at 10701 to 10881 N.W. 140th St. that sold for $30.2 million. Bridge recently completed development at the 16.7-acre site.
The second property, Bridge Point Crossroads East, is a 420,989-square-foot asset located at 14802 and 15002 N.W. St. that traded for $49.67 million.
CBRE’s Chris Riley, Christian Lee and Jose Antonio Lobon represented the seller. Cushman & Wakefield handled leasing at both buildings.
