Duff & Phelps has renewed its lease of 33,000 square feet of office space at Headquarters Plaza, a 571,000-square-foot mixed-use property in downtown Morristown, NJ.

The tenant was looking at other options in the area, but found few large-blocks of office space available. Headquarters Plaza also provided amenities, including a full-service Hyatt Regency Hotel, a 35,000 square-foot fitness center with pool, a 10-screen AMC movie theater and onsite, covered parking.

“Morristown’s central business district amenities – from restaurants and shopping to mass transit – are a major driver in the firm’s ability to attract and retain talent,” said Richard Mirliss, executive managing director for Colliers International NJ, who with Richard J. Madison, Alex Vitro, Jack Callahan, Dan Arends and David Burden represented the tenant.  Jim McCormick with JLM Partners represented the tenant.
