Duff & Phelps Makes Move from Wacker Drive to Fulton Market

In a first-of-its-kind relocation from Wacker Drive to the Fulton Market District, Duff & Phelps has leased nearly 47,000 square feet at the under-development 167 N. Green St., Crain’s Chicago Business reported. The global advisory firm will relocate its Chicago office late next year to the property being developed by Shapack Partners and Focus from its longtime home at 311 S. Wacker Dr.

Crain’s reported that the move demonstrates the increasing diversification of Fulton Market’s tenant roster beyond the tech sector. With Google an early adapter, the once-gritty district’s tenant base now includes the headquarters of McDonald’s and Mondelez International, among others.

CBRE’s Kyle Kamin, Jon Milonas and Dan Persa represented Duff & Phelps in the relocation. Shapack’s Paige Hennessy and Bess Conlon are leasing the building on behalf of ownership. The developers broke ground on 167 N. Green St. last April.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
