Fisher Brothers has reached full occupancy at Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown Manhattan with expansions by existing tenants

Duff & Phelps Expands to Direct Tenancy at Park Ave. Plaza

Global advisory firm Duff & Phelps, a subtenant at Park Avenue Plaza since 2007, has opted for direct tenancy at the Plaza District office tower. The firm has signed a 16-year lease with landlord Fisher Brothers for 91,019 square feet, effective in September 2019.

The expansion follows the tenant’s acquisition of cybersecurity firm Kroll this past March. “Business performance and the acquisition of Kroll continue to drive growth at Duff & Phelps,” said COO Brett Marschke. “The expanded space at Park Avenue Plaza will bring all of our New York teams under one roof. This will enhance collaboration.”

The direct lease also follows a July agreement with Evercore to expand its Park Avenue Plaza footprint to 350,000 square feet. Duff & Phelps was represented by Savills Studley’s Mike Catalano, Greg Taubin and Pete Cento. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc S. Packman and Charles P. Laginestra.
