Dual-Branded Denver Hotel Property Sells for $87M
Noble Investment Group acquired the 302-room, dual-branded Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Denver and Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown Denver. The seller and sales price were not disclosed; local media reported that the seller, Carey Watermark Investors Inc., sold the property at 550 15th St. for $86.6 million.
In addition to the guest rooms, the property offers a shared fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool, cocktail boar and more than 7,000 square feet of meeting space.
“We are pleased to be acquiring these best-in-class hotels in one of the most dynamic markets in the United States which provide an opportunity to add value through a targeted renovation and enhancement,” said Ben Brunt with Atlanta-based Noble Investment.
The hospitality property, Denver’s first dual-branded, opened in 2013, and is a redevelopment of the former Xcel Energy headquarters.
