DTZ will be busy working for Equity Office Properties in the Bay Area.
The major landlord has awarded the brokerage firm the property management of four assets totaling nearly one million square feet. They are located in north and east bay areas in the cities of Benicia, Dublin, Larkspur and Sausalito. Two of them are office assets and the other two are industrial/flex.
The largest of the four is Benicia Industrial Park, which totals just under 508,000 square feet and has several tenants. Meanwhile, Larkspur Office Landing Park and Harbor Drive Executive Business Park, in Sausalito, are both class A office assets, while Creekside Business Park, in Dublin, is another industrial asset.
