DTLA’s South Park by Windsor Retail Hits 100% Occupancy

Kennedy Wilson completed three 10-year leases at South Park by Windsor, a mixed-use retail property in DTLA, bringing the ground-floor space to 100% occupancy. The deals total more than 12,500 square feet, and involve national retailers Chipotle, Loit and Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa.

Kennedy Wilson’s Lee Shapiro says, “South Park by Windsor was among the first in a wave of new construction of mid-rise, mixed-use projects that were planned when the economy turned five years ago.”

The ground-floor retail serves as the base for 284 luxury apartments located at 301 W. Olympic Blvd. The property is one of South Park’s newest mixed-use high rise developments to recently open.

Kennedy Wilson’s Shapiro and Justin Weiss handled leasing for the project.
