DSH Arranges Sale of 64-Room Comfort Suites Location in Jacksonville

DSH Hotel Advisors has arranged the sale of a 64-room, four-story Comfort Suites hotel in Jacksonville. Dennis Hopper and Randy Taylor represented the seller, Alpha Hospitality, and the buyer, SD Hospitality. The sale price was not disclosed, and the property had a list price of $6.7 million at the time of the sale.

The location is well-positioned as a high growth area, and is only 10 minutes away from Jacksonville International Airport.

“Mostly everyone seems to be very bullish on the Jacksonville market and there is a lot of development taking place throughout the area in both the residential and commercial space. We expect the new owners will be in a great position with this property,” said Hopper.
