DSF Group Acquires Apartment Community in Framingham for $227M

Walthham-based developer and real estate investment firm DSF Group has acquired the Jefferson Hills Apartments in Framingham for $227 million, according to the Worcester Business Journal. The 1,020-unit complex was built in 1966 and is set on 37 acres.

DSF Group acquires, manages, renovates and develops property, mostly in the Northeast. The firm holds a portfolio of luxury residential properties, including projects in Danvers, Tewksbury, Malden and New York City.

The property last sold for $202 million in 2015 to a Chicago-based real estate firm.
