DSC Partners Taps TRS to Manage 1M-SF Virginia Real Estate Portfolio

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been selected by DSC Partners LLC to provide Asset Services for a portfolio of 22 office, flex and industrial properties totaling 1.3 million square feet.

Encompassing several office parks and both single- and multi-story buildings, the properties range from 17,058 to 97,081 square feet in Hampton, Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia. Transwestern Managing Senior Vice President Tonya Link, Senior Vice President Brad Braun and General Manager Lori Dingus will oversee the portfolio on behalf of DSC Partners. Transwestern provides asset services for over 2 million square feet of DSC Partners’ properties in Greater Washington.
