Driftwood Hospitality Unloads 194-Key DoubleTree by Hilton

Driftwood Hospitality sold the 194-Key DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin Northwest Arboretum to Pinnacle Hotels USA. The sales price was undisclosed, with the property at 8901 Business Park Dr. valued at $22.9 million. John Bourret, Austin Brooks and Daniel C. Peek with HFF represented the seller in the transaction.

The hotel delivered in 1984, and underwent a major renovation and brand conversion in 2015 from Holiday Inn to DoubleTree. In addition to an on-site restaurant, the property offers 6,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, the Centre Lounge lobby bar, outdoor pool, a 24-hour business center, fitness center and Pavilion Pantry Market.

The property is adjacent to the Domain and the Arboretum, two of Austin’s most dynamic mixed-use developments.
