Drever Planning 213-Unit Seniors Housing

Drever Capital Management announced plans to build a 213-unit seniors housing project in Live Oak, TX, a far northeast suburb of San Antonio. The San Francisco developer will launch construction in late 2017 on a 15-acre, four-story development, Larkspur at Live Oak, which will be at Interstate 35 and Loop 1604. The project will also include a 64-unit memory loss facility.

According to Drever’s website, the primarily multifamily real estate company is focusing much of its efforts on more seniors housing developments. The demographics tend to support it, noted Drever, with the senior population anticipated to reach 15 million by 2020, with an additional 17 million by 2030.
