Dream Las Vegas on the Rise
The 531-room hotel will rise 20-stories and cost $550 million. Shopoff Realty Investments and Contour jointly acquired the land, entitled the property and are developing Dream Las Vegas. With construction just beginning, the developers said to expect the first bet to be placed in late 2024. The site, on the southern most entrance to the Las Vegas Strip, is just across from Mandalay Bay and the Bali Hai Golf Course.
The Dream Las Vegas will have seven dining and nightlife options, two bar and lounge concepts on the gaming floor, a sports gaming area and a boutique nightclub. The casino floor will be 20,000 square feet.
McCarthy is building the resort. They say 1,200 construction workers will be needed and once it’s built the resort casino will create 4,000 new jobs. The Dream Hotel Group currently run 15 hotels in places such as Hollywood, New York City and Doha, Qatar.
