Dream Hotel Planned for Downtown Memphis

Hotel and brand management company Dream Hotel Group plans to bring its Dream Hotels brand to downtown Memphis. The planned 178-room hotel is expected to open in 2022.

Dream hotels will partner with Memphis real estate developer 18Main to build the boutique hotel, which will be the second Dream Hotel in Tennessee after Dream Nashville opened earlier this year. Dream Memphis will feature four highly-activated dining and nightlife venues, as well as a signature restaurant, lobby lounge, coffee shop and rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor event space. The hotel will be located in downtown Memphis at the corner of Main Street and Gayoso Avenue, along the historic trolley line.

“We are thrilled to partner with Dream Hotel Group to welcome their iconic Dream Hotels brand to Memphis,” said Tom Intrator, principal at 18Main. “Dream represents a vibrancy and sophisticated experience that we’re confident will become a focal point of the neighborhood and city as a whole.”
