Dream Golf building course west of Denver

Dream Golf Building Resort Outside Denver

The developers of Dream Golf, Michael and Chris Keiser, say they want it to be a “golf-first” resort, that means the golf design carries the day. Land east of Denver is what every golf designer looks for…4,400 acres of rolling sand dunes and gentle changes to the topography.

Dream Golf has been working since spring creating the Rodeo Dunes golf destination about 40 minutes east of the Denver International Airport and an hour from downtown Denver in Weld County.

Plans call for two public golf courses, including a short course. The first 18-hole course, designed by Texas-based Coore & Crenshaw, will open in 2026 with hopes that founding members will be able get some preview play on it as soon as next spring.

After the construction of the initial two courses are complete, a clubhouse, a restaurant and private lodging for at least 50 visiting golfers will be added.
