Drawbridge Realty Unloads 3208 Red River Street

San Francisco-headquartered Drawbridge Realty sold 3208 Red River Street, a three-story office and R&D building in Austin totaling 20,762 square feet. The seller disposed of the central Austin asset more than five years after acquiring it, and after a complete renovation of the building.

HFF’s Salter Saad, Cathy Nabours and Drew Fuller represented the seller. Avison Young advised the buyer, a private real estate trust, in the transaction.

During Drawbridge Realty’s hold, the company leased the building to Xeris Pharmaceutical and YMCA of Austin, both of which have their headquarters there. The property is just north of downtown Austin, and is adjacent to St. David’s Medical Center, the third-largest employer in the Austin area.
