Drawbridge Realty Nets Long-Term Lease in Santa Ana
Collectors Universe, a firm that provides authentication, grading and related services for memorabilia and collectibles, has signed a 15-year, 287,000-square-foot lease at Drawbridge Realty’s Pacific Center office complex in Santa Ana, CA. Collectors Universe is expanding by over 100,000 square feet from its current footprint at the building.
“We’re committed to supporting the ongoing real estate needs of all our tenants and we’re happy we have been able to provide high quality, long-term workspace for Collectors Universe,” said Drawbridge Realty’s Mike Embree.
“Pacific Center offers a low-rise environment with large floorplates, flexibility for multiple uses and over-standard parking, which is very difficult to find anywhere in the market. All of these factors make it a perfect home for the expansion of Collectors Universe today and into the future,” said CBRE’s Ross Bourne who represented Drawbridge Realty in the lease transaction along with Dave Desper.
