Drawbridge Realty Nets Long-Term Lease in Santa Ana

Collectors Universe, a firm that provides authentication, grading and related services for memorabilia and collectibles, has signed a 15-year, 287,000-square-foot lease at Drawbridge Realty’s Pacific Center office complex in Santa Ana, CA. Collectors Universe is expanding by over 100,000 square feet from its current footprint at the building.
