Drawbridge Grows Denver-Area Presence with Arrow HQ Building

Drawbridge Realty has acquired one of the Arrow Buildings at Dry Creek Station in Englewood, CO. The 223,177-square-foot Class A headquarters building is fully leased and occupied on a long-term basis by Arrow Electronics.

The $106-million purchase is Drawbridge’s first since completing a $1.7-billion recapitalization of its national portfolio in February with institutional investors KKR and General Atlantic.

“This acquisition establishes our intent to grow our portfolio in Denver, a market that we see becoming even more popular with investment grade companies of the innovation economy in the years ahead,” said Charlie McEachron, COO with Drawbridge Realty.

Located at 9151 E. Panorama in the southeastern Denver suburb of Englewood, and adjacent to Arrow’s other worldwide headquarters building, the seven-story building has parking for more than 1,300 cars and is adjacent to on/off ramps to I-25. It is also a five-minute walk from the Dry Creek light rail station.
