Drawbridge Extends Full-Building Lease with Microsoft Unit in Santa Clara

Drawbridge Realty has extended a lease with Microsoft for the entire 66,106-square-foot Class A office building located at 3201 Scott Boulevard in Santa Clara. The property has been home to Fungible, Inc., which was acquired by Microsoft in 2023, since 2016.

Drawbridge acquired 3201 Scott Boulevard in 2012 and subsequently completed a significant renovation of the property.

“We’re delighted to be able to provide Microsoft with continuity and quality workspace at 3201 Scott Boulevard well into the next decade,” said Mike Embree, Chief Portfolio Officer, Drawbridge Realty.

The two-story building sits on 3.5 acres at the intersection of Scott Boulevard and San Tomas Expressway. Jeff Cushman and Walt Stephenson of Cushman & Wakefield represented Drawbridge Realty in lease renewal negotiations. Alex Lagemann of JLL represented Microsoft.
