Draper and Kramer Wins 2023 CAMME Award for 61 Banks Street in Gold Coast

Draper and Kramer, Inc. said 61 Banks Street, the firm’s 57-unit ultra-luxury boutique Gold Coast property, has been honored with a 2023 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Award for Property Excellence. Since its 2019 opening, 61 Banks has exceeded expectations across multiple benchmarks including occupancy, with the building consistently remaining at or near full occupancy.

“With 61 Banks we are proud to have created a destination for rental living that our residents are truly proud to call home,” said Julie Stevlingson, SVP and director of management services at Draper and Kramer. “This award is a testament to our on-site team’s dedication to customer service and excellence.”

The 2023 CAMME Awards were presented by the Chicagoland Apartment Association on April 14 at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, during its signature event to recognize, reward and celebrate excellence in the multifamily industry.
