Draper and Kramer Property Manager Named to Board of Chicagoland Apartment Assn.
Draper and Kramer, Incorporated’s Bill Van Senus III, assistant VP and regional property manager, has been approved as a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) board of directors. His term on the CAA board – which is responsible for oversight of the association’s finances, strategic plan, events and programs – goes through the end of 2023.
Van Senus’ career with Draper and Kramer started in 2008 as a leasing consultant at an apartment community on Chicago’s Near South Side. He progressed to Grand Plaza, a 481-unit apartment tower in the city’s River North neighborhood, where he served as assistant property manager before being promoted to property manager and then general manager.
In 2020, Van Senus was promoted to his current regional property manager role, in which he oversees eight properties throughout the Chicagoland area totaling over 2,500 units.
