Draper and Kramer Makes Chicago Trib’s Top Workplaces Roster

Full-service real estate firm Draper and Kramer has been named a 2018 Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune. It’s the second year in a row Draper and Kramer has participated in the program and received a Top Workplace honor, among the few real estate firms to do so.

Honored in the category of midsize workplaces, Draper and Kramer is also among the oldest companies recognized. Since its founding 125 years ago, Draper and Kramer has been a Chicago-area mainstay in residential and commercial property management, acquisition and development, commercial finance and residential mortgage services, and today has a presence in markets across the country.

“In our anniversary year, it’s especially rewarding to be recognized in the Top Workplaces survey for values that have been such an important part of our company legacy,” said the firm’s Christine Ramsey. “It also underscores our ongoing commitment to improving and enhancing our employee experience.”

Get to know us and Chicago’s commercial real estate elite at Connect Media’s Chicago launch event, scheduled for Nov. 8.
