Draper and Kramer Elevates Gordon Ziegenhagen to SVP

Draper and Kramer, Incorporated has promoted Gordon Ziegenhagen from VP to SVP. In this role, Ziegenhagen will continue leading new development opportunities for the company in Chicago, including 1649 N. Halsted, a proposed 133-unit multifamily project in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, and 330 W. Chestnut, a proposed 129-unit multifamily property in River North. He’s also actively pursuing opportunities for the company in other markets.

“As an 18-year veteran of our team, Gordon not only has vast industry experience but also deep company knowledge, which gives him an incredibly valuable perspective in identifying opportunities that match our priorities in today’s dynamic multifamily marketplace,” said Todd Bancroft, president and CEO of Draper and Kramer.

He added, “He has been a driving force behind some of our most recent and most successful new developments that have strengthened our portfolio of Class A rental properties in the Chicago market.”
