DPS Group Expands to 37K SF in Response to Boston Demand for Life Science Construction
DPS Group, an engineering, procurement, construction management and validation firm, has expanded its lease at 959 Concord Street in Framingham, MA from 5,690 square feet to 37,227.
Connor Barnes with Cushman & Wakefield represented DPS while Bob McGuire and Alison Powers with JLL represented the landlord, 180-194 WFST, LLC.
“Over the past 10 years, our Boston client roster has grown year over year, and we continue to recruit talented staff to address the need for highly specialized design in the life science and biotech industries,” said Paul DePriest, SVP and head of Boston operations. “With demand at an all-time high, our timely office expansion and addition of new top talent will allow us to better support our clients in the Greater Boston area and beyond.
Recent DPS projects include a new, 118,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 1414 Massachusetts Avenue in Boxborough and an 88,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on the Innovation Park campus in Andover, MA.
