DPI Signs Two Leases for 408K-SF in Tacoma, Pacific

Davis Property & Investment (DPI), a commercial real estate company specializing in industrial and office real estate throughout Washington and Oregon, has signed tenants for two new South Sound industrial developments totaling more than 400,000 square feet.

Tacoma-based Infinity Global Distribution, a logistics and supply chain company, leased the 248,000-square-foot Tacoma Central Logistics building located on the former site of the News Tribune, at 1950 S. State Street in Tacoma. Neil Walter Co.’s Bruce Valentine and Cameron Valentine represented Infinity Global. Joel Jones, Eric Cederstrand, and John DeHan at Neil Walter Co. were the listing brokers for DPI.

DPI also signed Toysmith as a new tenant at the 160,000-square-foot Pacific 167 building at 541 W. Valley Highway S. in Pacific. Executive Managing Directors Scott Alan, SIOR, and Patrick Mullin with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction. Chris Spofford and David Cahill of JLL Seattle were the listing brokers for DPI.
