Downtown Seattle Welcomes First UNIQLO Store

Global retailer UNIQLO will open its first store in downtown Seattle on November 18th at the URG and KKR-owned 300 Pine St. building in the heart of the city’s retail core. The new ground floor, 12,000-square-foot location will be UNIQLO’s anchor outlet in Seattle, complemented by existing stores at Bellevue Square and Westfield Southcenter.

“We are extremely excited to have UNIQLO’s new anchor store opening at 300 Pine, just steps away from bustling Westlake Park. This great addition to our retail core will bring even more energy to the already vibrant shopping and restaurant experience in the neighborhood,” said URG Managing Director Shawn Jackson.

“Since opening our first store in the Seattle area in 2015, we have enjoyed serving our customers in the Pacific Northwest,” said Daisuke Tsukagoshi, UNIQLO North America CEO. “We look forward to joining the downtown Seattle community with our LifeWear clothing that is made for everyone, every day.”
