To learn more about issues such as the one detailed below, check out the Connect Inland Empire conference on Sept. 10 at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga.
Downtown Riverside will soon be home to Imperial Hardware Lofts, a development featuring 91 loft apartments and ground-floor retail. Ratkovich Properties is building the project, which is on the site of the former Imperial Hardware building.
The $25-million mixed-use property is set to start construction next year. Ratkovich is marketing the building to urban professionals who want a live-work-entertainment environment. The retail and restaurant space on the bottom floor is planned for 8,000 square feet.
Some of Ratkovich’s previous projects include The Wiltern Theatre, Pellissier Building and Chapman Plaza in Los Angeles.
