A multi-level retail condominium at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 38th Street is listed for $20 million.  

This retail space spans the ground, second, and lower-level floors with condominium boasts features including high ceiling heights of 16, 15, and 12 feet, a double-height glass storefront, 105 feet of wraparound frontage along Fifth Avenue and 38th Street, a dedicated elevator, and multiple means of egress to accommodate multiple tenancy.
