Downtown Office Building Adds Nine New Leases  

Adams & Company, a Manhattan-based full-service real estate firm, has announced nine new leases totaling 15,715 square feet of space at 10 West 33rd Street.  

The tenants include Nishat Chunian Limited and Nishat Chunian USA Inc, Vayda Overseas, SLNY Home Inc., Silk Home Inc, Lynco Products, HB Connections USA Inc., Jack Aboudi, Harvic International Ltd., and Tops Handbag Inc.  

The building, constructed in 1914, offers 24/7 security, new interior bathrooms, and skylights. David Levy of Adams & Company represented the landlord, 10 West 33rd Street LLC, in all transactions. “These leases represent the ongoing demand for office space that is easily accessible by major transportation hubs and offers tenants with move-in ready, pre-built space,” said Levy.
