Downtown Lisle Mixed-Use Fetches Full Price in Quick Sale

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Main Street Complex, a prominent mixed-use building in downtown Lisle, IL. The asset sold for full asking price, at $940,000.

Suzy Aguilar and Mitchell Kiven, retail investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor and the original developer of the project. The building had been closely held for nearly 40 years and was in exceptionally good condition, according to Marcus & Millichap.

Within hours of the listing going to market, the listing agents received multiple offers at or above list price. Within less than one week on the market, the property was under contract with no contingencies and closed shortly thereafter.
