Downtown Los Angeles is getting more activity.

Mayor Eric Garcetti will be making a presentation on Wednesday about CIRCA, a $500-million mixed-use project that will be near Staples Center and L.A. Live. The development will include two 35-foot towers encompassing luxury apartments. CIRCA will also have 48,000 square of retail, a major parking structure and large digital signage on the building. Hankey Investment Co. and Central City Association will also be speaking at the Wednesday presentation.

It is reportedly the fourth-largest development to hit downtown, which currently is experiencing substantial commercial real estate growth.
