Downers Grove BP Gas Station Snapped Up by Local LLC

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a BP gas station property located in Downers Grove, IL The asset sold for $2,265,000. 

Timothy Nichols, senior associate, Nicholas Kanich, first VP investments, and Mitch Grant, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Chicagoland limited liability company.  The buyer, a Chicagoland limited liability company, was secured and represented by Nichols. 

The BP is located at 2231 Maple Ave. in Downers Grove, just east of highway 355. The property received multiple offers and sold above the asking price. Video gaming machines were recently added inside the gas station.
