Dow Enterprises Acquires 7K-SF Retail Building in Milford

Dow Enterprises LLC has acquired a 7,800-square-foot retail property in Milford, a western suburb of New Haven. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 135 Cherry St., the property is part of Milford Plaza, a 182,000-square-foot shopping center. The building has been leased to Amity Physical Therapy for its fourth location.
