Douglas Harmon & Adam Spies Leave Eastdil for Cushman
Douglas Harmon and Adam Spies, long-time New York investment sales brokers with Eastdil Secured, have gone over to Cushman & Wakefield. The duo, who joined the firm on Oct. 6, are chairmen of Cushman’s capital markets division. In addition, Kevin Donner, who was a managing director at Eastdil, is also making the move.
Harmon and Spies worked together on some of New York’s largest sales, such as the $1.8 billion sale of the Crown Building on Fifth Avenue. Harmon also oversaw the $5.4 billion sale of Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village. The duo was recently tapped by Jamestown to market Long Island City’s Falchi Building.
