Douglas Elliman to Open New Flatiron District Office

Douglas Elliman Real Estate will expand with a new office at 111 Fifth Ave. in the Flatiron section of Manhattan. The 19,500-square-foot, full-floor space will combine two of the firm’s most successful offices – 26 West 17th St. and 137 Waverly Pl.

“We’re thrilled to bring 125 agents together into one vibrant, well-designed office,” said Steven James, CEO of Douglas Elliman New York City.

The firm will take a seventh-floor, corner space with more than 35 over-sized windows in the landmarked 1895 building.
