Douglas Bibby Named Chairman of Bilt Rewards Alliance 

Bilt Rewards, a rewards platform for renters, has appointed Douglas M. Bibby as Chairman of the Bilt Rewards Alliance. In this new role, Bibby will collaborate with Bilt’s network of owners and operators representing over three million units. Bilt Awards Alliance includes firms like Greystar, AvalonBay, Equity Residential, Cushman & Wakefield, and more.  

Bibby brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including over 21 years as the president of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). During his tenure at NMHC, Bibby led the team representing over 1,600 member firms in the $3 trillion multifamily housing sector. Prior to joining NMHC, Bibby spent 16 years as a senior officer of Fannie Mae, where he served on the company’s Management Committee throughout his tenure.
