DoubleTree San Diego Del Mar Sold
The hotel market continues to heat up.
DoubleTree San Diego Del Mar was recently acquired. Southwest Value Partners was the buyer and the seller was PHF Ruby LLC, an affiliate of Fillmore Capital.
DoubleTree San Diego Del Mar is five stories, opened in 1991 and underwent an extensive renovation in 2012. It has 224 rooms and is located by Interstate 5 and State Route 56 in the Del Mar Heights area.
CBRE Hotels brokered the deal for the seller.
