Doster Completes Construction of The Watts Hampton Cove in Huntsville, AL

Doster Construction Co. has completed construction on a new luxury apartment development in Huntsville with Daniel Corp. called The Watts Hampton Cove.

The 336-unit seven-building complex was designed by Nelson Architects. It is located on 22 acres in east Huntsville, along U.S. 431 in Hampton Cove. It’s adjacent to Hayes Nature Preserve.

There are five floor plans with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Each is a smart unit and comes with a washer and dryer, keyless entry, spacious closets, modern finishes, and balconies. Community amenities at the luxury multifamily complex include a clubhouse, saltwater pool and an on-site nature trail within Hays Nature Preserve.

Huntsville is the fastest-growing city in Alabama. The Watts Hampton Cove adds to Doster’s growing presence in the Huntsville market with other ongoing commercial development projects at Lockheed Martin, Crestwood Freestanding ED, Attain at Bradford Creek, HQ at Upland Park and more.
